This intermediate/advanced class has a lot of repetition so there is plenty of opportunity to build and progress towards more advanced poses. I suggest having the following props available but they are not required, especially if you already feel comfortable in poses like King Pigeon, Forearm Stand and Handstand: Blocks, Strap, Booty Band (highest resistance), Wheel or Yoga Ball. This is a much more athletically focused class. While there is still a large focus on the breath and there is opportunity for meditation at the beginning and end of the class, our goal is to build strength and flexibility, not necessarily to find clarity of the mind (although that may be a great side effect from the focus on the breath). I hope this challenging practice brings the type of joy and excitement that comes from progress.
