Welcome to Community Media Access Collaborative
We empower community voices by promoting media literacy, civic engagement, cultural understanding, and creative expression.
Consider helping us in our efforts to continue to provide people with the media tools and resources to share their stories.
10 short documentaries from 10 local filmmakers. Watch The Big Tell Showcase on KSEE24 and CMAC on Saturday, November 26 at 8 p.m.
Check out the new videos in our Media Literacy Series to learn about why media literacy is important for consumers and creators, fact checking media sources, understanding media representations, and more!
CMAC is a proud sponsor of Swede Fest – a local film festival for “sweded films” – homemade, summarized re-creations of your favorite Hollywood movies. And we want you to participate!
CMAC is a non-profit, membership-based community media center dedicated to helping you create the media you want to create. Whether you want to produce a talk show, a podcast, a music video, a documentary or anything in between, we have the gear and training to make it happen!
We offer training for people at every experience level – from beginner to advanced. Whether you want to learn how to use a camera to document a local event – or your organization wants to produce a 5-part series about local artists – we’ll show you how to do it successfully.
CMAC offers you the ability to produce your own videos and TV programs using our studio or field equipment. This is the most affordable method for creating content for airing on CMAC video channels on Comcast, AT&T U-verse and the internet.
