This vinyasa flow practice explores the full range of motion of our shoulders, stretching them in every direction to keep them strong, pliable and injury free. Since there aren't any traditional chaturangas, this is a great opportunity for a beginner/intermediate yogi to up their game and build strength without being overwhelmed by that particular posture. With a brief opportunity for meditation when transitioning from flow to slow yoga, this class is well rounded, pun intended!
