In this class, we will explore some different variations of Compass pose. Be prepared to challenge yourself while we work to get those hips and hamstrings warm enough for this peak pose. But more importantly, be willing to laugh with yourself if everything doesn't go quite according to plan. A more challenging intermediate to advanced practice.
