Monday, March 16.

CMAC has been closely monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation and is working on solutions to keep our members, staff, and community at large safe. In an effort to help mitigate the spread of this virus, we will be closed to the public beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Because of how rapidly this situation is evolving, please be advised that this closure is subject to change. We will do our best to inform our community as quickly as possible.

All previously scheduled workshops and public events are canceled or will be postponed to a later date. This includes PSA Day, our monthly mixers, Art Hop and the remaining March workshops. If you would like to be enrolled in any April workshops, please contact our Training Coordinator Kyle Lowe at

In addition, all facility and equipment reservations are canceled. If you currently have equipment checked-out, please bring it back as scheduled. We will offer extended reservations to members wishing to reserve equipment before this coming Wednesday. Please call us or email the front desk at for more information.

You can still submit your videos for playback using our online form. If you have any issues or questions regarding programming submissions, please email our Programming Coordinator Johnny Pecina at

In an effort to help keep the community informed, we are working on assisting various groups and organizations with live streaming from our studio. If you or your organization has information that needs to be communicated with the public, but cannot do so in a public format, we might be able to help. Please email our Executive Director Bryan Harley at for more information.

We know situations like these can be scary and uncertain. Please remember there are several things you can do to stop the spread of germs and help protect our community:

  • If you are feeling sick, stay home and contact your healthcare provider.
  • When out in public, be sure to cover any coughs and sneezes.
  • Don’t shake hands with others.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water often.
  • Wipe down commonly used surfaces daily.

We are committed to listening to the needs of our community and will address changes to the ongoing situation as they happen. We will do our best to continue to provide media resources to our members and the community in a way that is safe for everyone involved. Please follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date.
