Xiamy Ly-Yang is a first-generation Hmong daughter and college graduate, born in Laos during the Vietnam War and raised in France as a refugee. Raised in a loving French family, her upbringing shaped who she is today, with her mother’s strength helping her navigate the challenges of growing up in a patriarchal Hmong community. She has been married for 30 years with two children and is a full-time mother, business consultant, and owner of Rivendell Community, Blossom Haven, and Chez Maryse Café. Xiamy holds degrees in Psychology, Social Work, and Business Management, with experience in mental health and elderly care. Fluent in Hmong, French, English, and Spanish, she is passionate about human connection, travel, and helping others, particularly through her work with vulnerable populations.
