Fresno Art Beat has wrapped after nearly a year of highlighting the city’s vibrant arts and culture. From galleries and festivals to dance and community events, our team captured the creative scenes that make Fresno unique. Our members rocked it last month with 219 facility reservations and 117 equipment checkouts! Their passion for storytelling keeps inspiring us every day!

Last month, 519 visitors brought their unique visions and passion for community media to our facility. Their enthusiasm has inspired powerful stories and projects that make a lasting impact in our community. This is more than just a media center, it’s a home for local visionaries.

The Fresno Art Beat program was all about shining a light on the incredible artists, performers, and cultural events in our city. Over the past year, we’ve been behind the scenes capturing the creativity, talent, and stories that make Fresno’s arts scene so vibrant and now, it’s all available for you to watch!
In July, we received over 200 program submissions showcasing the diverse and distinctive voices of our lovely community. These programs are now available for viewing on CMAC’s channels, website, and streaming platforms.
Remember, you don’t have to be a member to submit your programs to air at CMAC!
In July, our team completed 19 productions, highlighting a range of impactful community events. A standout production project was “Unheard Echoes,” hosted by the Pan Valley Institute’s ArteVism Program. The event featured a panel on the 1942 Japanese Incarceration and its connection to today’s immigration crisis.
