Learn
Attend a Workshop
If you plan to produce content using our facilities or CMAC equipment, we highly recommend attending one of our workshops. These sessions provide a comprehensive overview of the equipment, its functionality, and best practices to ensure a successful production.

Watch a Tutorial
If you prefer to learn on your own, we’ve got you covered. CMAC staff has both curated playlists as well as produced a number of tutorial videos on an assortment of topics ranging from Media Literacy to lighting design. Check out our library of production tutorials!
Work on a Project
Start A Project
Got an idea for a project? Great! Tell us all about it by filling out a production proposal form. You’ll need one approved if you want to check out equipment for your project.
Volunteer
Not ready to start a project yet? No problem! Join the CMAC volunteer email list and Discord community to receive crew call requests from fellow members. You’ll get details on upcoming projects, including the producer’s name, a project description, and available crew positions. If something interests you, you can connect with the producer directly and get involved!

Check Out Equipment
Ready to get started? You can check out cameras, lights, microphones, and other equipment for your production—just make sure your project has an approved production proposal.
If you’re ready to work on your own project, simply fill out a production proposal to get started!
If you’re volunteering on someone else’s project, just let us know what project you’ll be working on when you request equipment and we’ll take care of the rest.
Reserve Space
The studio, podcast room, whisper booth, and private edit bays all require a reservation to use. Availability is first-come, first-serve. Reserve any of the above spaces here.

Online Orientation
CMAC provides a range of video production training, beginning with our new member orientation. This session introduces CMAC’s mission, services, and the resources available to the community.
Private Training
Can’t attend one of our scheduled workshops? We’ve got you covered with private training!
