Virtual Groundbreaking: The Monarch at Chinatown

We’ve partnered with the Fresno Housing Authority to cover a virtual groundbreaking for The Monarch at Chinatown. The Monarch is a 4-story, mixed-use development with commercial/retail space on the ground floor, and 57 units of affordable workforce housing above. Speakers at the virtual groundbreaking include Mayor Lee Brand, Councilmember Miguel Arias and others.
