DescriptionCelebrating Women's History Month by shining the light on some of our local female leaders. Coach Kieran Roblee serves as the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at Fresno City College and a fulltime instructor in the Allied Health and Physical Education Department. Coach Roblee has spent 30+ years in coaching and 24+ years in education. She has spent most of her professional career coaching volleyball at the college, elite club and high school varsity levels. She is a graduate of Fresno State University with a degree in Physical Education. She has a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a Sports Administration emphasis from Fresno Pacific University and is also a NIAAA certified athletic administrator. Coach Roblee is a former standout setter for the Fresno State Volleyball team where she was the all-time single season assist leader and the career leader in assists in only two seasons. She is a native of Santa Barbara and played and received her A.A. degree from Santa Barbara City College. She was inducted into the SBCC Athletic Hall of Fame in 2020. Roblee was an All-State selection in 1988 and the Western State Athletic Conference MVP that same year. In 1989 the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table Hall of Fame named her the College Women’s Volleyball Player of the Year and in 2010 was inducted into the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table Hall of Fame. Kieran and her husband Mike have lived in Fresno for 25 years.
