It's a great way to stay cool and learn how to be safe around water - and Kayla Garcia-Shields and her team ensure the kids are safe and having a good time! She oversees the Aquatics Program and has worked for the City for nearly 16 years. She pursued her career with Fresno Parks & Recreation (PARCS) after seeing the impact the department can have on the community! Thank you, Kayla!
