Description
TransformFresno: The Yo'Ville Community Garden & Farm is a resident-led community garden located in Southwest Fresno. The project’s goal is to create a local food system by providing community members with tools, knowledge and access to land. Residents are able to grow their own food- allowing them access to healthy, fresh produce. In partnership with Fresno Housing, Fresno Metro Ministry administers this community centered Transform Fresno project.
