This is a narrative video filmed as a parody of a documentary. A Documentary Filmmaker finds the wrong address and stumbles upon a phone company set in the 2000's. The boss had actually tricked them into coming, posing as a much more popular company. Throughout the recording, the various tactics the phone company uses to "reel in" customers are discovered. The filmmaker questions their methods, with little to no answer from them. Their shenanigans lead to a "ground breaking" ending, leaving the boss and his employee in a new predicament.
