Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, Steps to Success Student Safety - Social Media Awareness 3-13-2025 Too many young people are struggling with mental health challenges, and a lack of support has made it even harder. The All4Youth program—a partnership between Fresno County Superintendent of Schools and the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health—has been working for seven years to provide critical mental health services across 31 school districts. With 11 wellness centers already serving 4,000 students annually and a 12th opening soon in Raisin City, these spaces are becoming a lifeline for families in need.
