Fresno County Superintendent of Schools is Supporting Student Success! We’re excited to bring you another video in our Steps to Success series. In this week’s Steps to Success, we’re focusing on cyberbullying and student safety! Cyberbullying doesn’t just happen in person—it can take place through texts, social media, or shared images and videos, creating a disruptive and harmful environment for students. In California and other states, schools are required to address cyberbullying in their anti-bullying policies to protect students from harassment and intimidation. Think before you post! Even forwarding a post can have unintended consequences. If you or someone you know is being bullied online, reach out to a trusted adult or stand up for your friend. Watch now to learn more about how we can create a safe online environment for everyone! Episode published 2-19-2025.
