Alma McKenry, Senior Director of Health Services, shares why good sleep habits are essential for your student's success. Did you know students should be getting 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night? Alma gives practical tips for parents, like setting a routine sleep schedule, removing electronics from the room before bed, and avoiding sugary foods and heavy meals 3 to 4 hours before bedtime.
