A new 50 state report shows that at least 21% of all college graduates nationwide still owe on their student loans after 10 years. California, New York and Delaware show 21% of college grads still have not paid off their student loan. 79% have showing a positive return on investment-ROI. 40% of North Dakota graduates still owe on their student loan after 10 years, while 45% of Idaho grads still have not paid off 10 years after graduating. The report is called State Opportunity Index and tackles the question: What is college worth?
