Mosaic @ The Mural District Groundbreaking

Fresno Housing and Better Opportunities Builder (BOB) have launched Mosaic, a downtown Fresno project transforming a vacant motel into 25 affordable housing units. Supported by ARPA funds and city partnerships, the project offers studios to two-bedrooms for working families. Completion is expected by November 2025.
