This 3D flyover showcases the future of Mosaic—a thoughtfully designed adaptive reuse project that transforms a former motel into high-quality, affordable housing for individuals and families. The development includes studio, one-, and two-bedroom units, offering residents access to jobs, transit, and the vibrant energy of Fresno’s cultural arts district. Mosaic is part of a broader effort to revitalize neighborhoods through creative public-private partnerships, sustainable development, and inclusive design.
