Governor Newsom Signs CARE Court Legislation.

Governor Gavin Newsom, alongside legislative and local leaders, families, and health care and service providers, tomorrow will sign legislation establishing CARE Court. CARE Court is a new framework to provide community-based care and support for Californians struggling with severe mental health and substance use disorders, many of whom are experiencing homelessness.
