August 15, 2024 - Fresno State MFA poetry student Taylor Seals reads her poem "reMothering."
Taylor is the 2024 Larry Levis Memorial Scholarship recipient at Fresno State. The award is funded by community gifts from friends of the university's Creative Writing Alumni Chapter. After a five-year crowdfunding campaign -- The Fresno 15 Creative Writing Marathon -- the Levis Scholarship fund is now fully endowed in perpetuity with the Fresno State Alumni Association.
