Streamed live on February 27th, 2024. The City of Fresno is completing the final design for its first, dedicated citywide Senior Activity Center. We are now moving into the third phase where we are sharing the final design with community members. Located at Blackstone and Holland Avenue, the Senior Activity Center will include approximately 30,000 square feet to support programs and services. An affordable housing development will also be located near the Senior Activity Center, which will provide housing for seniors who are income qualified. Development is slated to begin soon.
