Those who go through the criminal justice system, serve their time, and reenter society encounter significant obstacles in finding gainful employment, furthering their education, and moving past their mistakes. Fresno County's Clean Slate Program is a free service available to anyone with a Fresno County conviction, regardless of residency. The program provides legal assistance to individuals so they can remove convictions from their records and clear these obstacles from their path.
