Feliz Fitness is a Latin Dance and workout class made for 55+ senior adults. Arte Américas with the support of the California Arts council has created this weekly program. We will be learning different Latin dance styles. Starting with Folklorico to celebrate Hispanics Heritage Month. We are learning modified folklorico steps to La Bruja a folklorico dance from the State of Veracruz to get ready for Dia de Los Muertos! Join us each week for more fun and movimiento!
