Fresno State Course Spotlight: Dairy Processing

Located in the center of the world's most productive food processing region, Fresno State’s Food Science and Nutrition Department provides students with practical experience to ensure they are well-prepared for success after they graduate. As such, this course brings together food science and business administration students under the mentorship of industry experts to research, develop and pitch original dairy products for the chance to win $5,000 in seed funding.
