The commission approved a conditional use permit for a three-bay, instant oil change service station at 125 Shaw Ave. Services include oil changes and small-scale vehicle work. The Shaw Avenue site does not include a car wash. Regarding circulation, there will be two existing access points on Shaw Avenue, while the pattern will remain the same.
