California Council of the Blind Fresno is part of a statewide grassroots membership organization founded right here in Fresno in October of 1944. Its mission is to increase the independence and equality of Californians who are blind or have low vision. CCB Fresno focuses on advocacy, community awareness, friendship, empowerment, information and referral, and peer support.
