| Description | Last week I led a tour to San Diego to look at 'bridge housing' - massive tents that hold several hundred homeless people - that the city has implemented in response to a Hepatitis A outbreak among the homeless there. Are shelters like these an option for Fresno? We are still figuring that out, but learn for yourself about what these shelters are and how they are used. |
