CMAC Local Sports Coverage

CMAC is a 501(c)3 non-profit community media center and television station located in Fresno. One of the many ways we serve our community is by working with high school students in the Fresno/Clovis area to produce live televised coverage of local sports.

This fall, you can help support CMAC’s local coverage of high school football, water polo, and volleyball through a tax-deductible donation and receive sponsorship acknowledgement throughout the televised events.

These high school students are getting real-world, career-building experience in a collaborative environment that they can’t get in a classroom. CMAC has been offering these services since 2014 and several students have gone on to pursue broadcasting in college or professionally with local news, media, and sports companies. We would not be able to offer these valuable learning experiences without support from individuals, businesses and organizations like you.

All games air live and will be re-run several times on CMAC’s Education channel on Comcast Xfinity channel 94, AT&T U-verse channel 99, our Roku channel. Our TV channels can be seen by over 100,000 cable subscribers in the Fresno/Clovis area, including parts of Merced, Madera, Fresno, Kings, and Tulare counties. The games are also live streamed worldwide on the internet and then archived for on-demand viewing anytime at Play-by-play and color commentary for the football games is provided by our broadcast team: radio and TV veteran Fred Clark, former Roosevelt head coach Dr. Jose Reyes, and former ABC 30 Sports Director Dan Taylor.

$500 – Sponsors receive five verbal acknowledgements during the game, as well as their full-screen logo aired twice during the game. In addition, sponsors will receive recognition on CMAC’s TV bulletin board and website.

$2000 – Sponsor 5 games and receive one game free. All perks above apply.

$4000 – Sponsor all 10 games in our fall season and receive two games free. All perks above apply.
