Program Proposal
Once you’ve taken the producing class you can formulate your show concept and submit this program proposal form.
Statement of Compliance
You submit this form when you submit your finish program. It states your program does not have any copyrighted material and does not violate any laws.
Talent Release
You should have any person appearing prominently on camera sign this form which gives you permission to use their likeness on cable television and the web.
